Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs. You will administer employee benefits, compare compensation data, and help ensure compliance with laws and regulations while partnering with HR leadership, Finance, Payroll, brokers, and vendors.

You will support merit cycles, budget planning, and vendor discussions, driving competitive pay practices and an engaging employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in benefits administration, compensation analysis, or Total Rewards.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday preferred.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools or survey platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave programs.
• Coordinates daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, beneficiary updates, and qualifying life event changes.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Collaborates with Payroll to ensure benefit deductions are processed accurately.
• Reconciles and processes benefits premiums and services as administrator for benefits billing systems.
• Maintains accurate benefits records and documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Conducts regular benefits audits for compliance and data accuracy.
• Completes regulatory filings and nondiscrimination testing for benefits plans.
• Ensures all plan documents remain current and compliant.
