Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Inc. is seeking an Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to transform compensation and benefits analytics using AI tools, ML, and advanced data visualization.

You’ll analyze base pay, incentives, and market benchmarks to ensure internal/external competitiveness and support executive decision-making. You will build predictive models, automate workflows, and design dynamic dashboards for HR partners and leaders, while ensuring data integrity across the total rewards

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of corporate data analysis experience focused on total rewards analytics
• Practical experience using AI-driven analytics tools or writing data scripts (e.g., SQL, Python, advanced Excel macros)
• High proficiency with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday, PayFactors) and compensation management modules
• Experience building automated, interactive reports in Power BI or Tableau
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, HR, or a highly quantitative field

Responsibilities

• Conducts deep-dive statistical analyses on base pay, incentives, and performance-based rewards
• Performs job evaluations and market pricing analyses for new and existing roles
• Optimizes ingestion of annual Total Reward market surveys and benchmarks
• Builds predictive data models and applies ML to forecast total rewards trends
• Sets up and maintains AI-powered platforms for total rewards workflows
• Supports backend systems for merit cycles, bonus allocations, and enrollment
• Creates and maintains automated total rewards dashboards for HR and executives
• Provides data-driven insights to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition
