Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to shape compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business lines to deliver data-driven strategies, incentive plan design, and governance support within Total Rewards.

You will manage compensation data and reporting across platforms like Workday and Payfactors, coordinate annual compensation planning, and prepare governance materials for the committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation programs, market data, and financial models to support pay practices.
• Provide guidance and consultative support to HRBPs and leaders.
• Develop incentive analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
