Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions using Tricentis Tosca for healthcare applications. You will join the Quality Engineering team and collaborate with stakeholders, client teams, developers, testers, and Agile delivery personnel.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in test automation with advanced hands-on Tosca
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks and providing technical leadership
• Hands-on API automation testing using Tosca
• Healthcare domain testing experience and understanding of healthcare processes
• Strong communication and client interaction in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, reviews)
• Tosca certifications (Automation Specialist Level 1/2 or Automation Engineer Level 1)
• Experience with Tosca Test Data Management and Tosca Test Data Service
• Experience configuring automation through Tosca Distributed Execution agents
• Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools (Tricentis qTest, Jira)
• Experience leading automation engineers and presenting test execution summaries and metrics

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated Tosca scripts
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases
• Manage test data with Tosca TDM and configure tests with Tosca TDS
• Automate regression testing and run tests via Execution Lists and Distributed Execution
• Provide Tosca architecture guidance and lead the automation team, reporting to clients
