Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions for healthcare applications using Tricentis Tosca. You will work with Quality Engineering, business stakeholders, and agile teams to deliver high-quality software.

Role emphasizes architecture guidance, team leadership, and collaborative communication with client stakeholders. Remote US-based position with competitive compensation and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in test automation.
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks; solution architecture/leadership.
• Hands-on API test automation using Tosca.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated Tosca scripts.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases.
• Manage test data with Tosca Test Data Management and configure test data service.
• Automate regression testing and run tests via Execution Lists and Distributed Execution agents.
• Provide Tosca architecture guidance; lead the automation team; report results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
