Cognizant is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions using Tricentis Tosca for healthcare applications. You will lead the automation team and collaborate with stakeholders, client teams, developers, testers, and Agile delivery teams.

You will design automation frameworks, manage test data, and drive regression automation while communicating quality insights to clients in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience in test automation, including advanced hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks and providing solution architecture or technical leadership for Tosca implementations.
• Hands-on experience performing API test automation using Tosca.
• Healthcare-domain testing experience and an understanding of healthcare business processes and applications.
• Strong communication and client-interaction skills, with experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Tricentis Tosca certifications such as Automation Specialist Level 1, Automation Specialist Level 2, or Automation Engineer Level 1.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and develop maintainable test cases.
• Manage test data using Tosca Test Data Management and configure test cases using Tosca Test Data Service.
• Automate regression testing and execute test cases through Execution Lists and Distributed Execution agents.
• Provide Tosca solution architecture guidance and lead the Tosca automation team.
