Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing for healthcare apps. You will lead the Tosca automation team, craft reusable components, and steer API test automation with Tosca in a collaborative Agile setup.

You will work primarily in a remote capacity within the United States, shaping test strategy, managing data services, and delivering quality insights to client stakeholders. Strong Tosca expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in test automation with Tosca expertise.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks and leading teams.
• Hands-on API test automation using Tosca.
• Healthcare testing experience and domain understanding.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills in Agile environments.
• Tosca certifications (Automation Specialist/Engineer).
• Experience with Tosca Test Data Management and Test Data Service.
• Experience executing automation through Tosca Distributed Execution agents.
• Familiarity with qTest and Jira for test management and defects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and execute Tosca automated tests.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases.
• Manage test data with Tosca tools and configure test cases.
• Automate regression tests and run via Execution Lists and agents.
• Provide Tosca architecture guidance and lead automation team.
• Communicate execution results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
