Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions for healthcare apps. You will lead the Tosca automation team, collaborate with client stakeholders, and drive test automation initiatives across Agile delivery teams.

Remote role open to qualified applicants in the United States, with a focus on delivering high-quality automation architectures and reusable test assets.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years in test automation with Tosca hands-on.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks and leading implementations.
• Hands-on API test automation using Tosca.
• Healthcare domain testing experience.
• Strong communication and client interaction in Agile teams.
• Tosca certifications (Automation Specialist/L1/L2, Automation Engineer L1).
• Experience with Tosca TDM and Test Data Service.
• Experience coordinating automation via Tosca Distributed Execution agents.
• Familiarity with Tricentis qTest and Jira.
• Proven leadership of automation engineers and presenting quality metrics.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute Tosca automation scripts.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and maintainable test cases.
• Manage test data with Tosca TDM and configure test data service.
• Automate regression testing and run tests via Execution Lists and distributed agents.
• Provide Tosca architecture guidance and lead the automation team; communicate results to stakeholders.
