Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Lead to design, develop, and scale automated testing solutions for healthcare applications. You will join the Quality Engineering team and collaborate with client teams, developers, testers, and Agile delivery units.

Based in the United States with a flexible remote arrangement, you will lead Tosca automation efforts, mentor engineers, and provide architectural guidance while delivering quality insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in test automation, with hands-on Tosca.
• Experience designing Tosca automation frameworks and providing architecture or technical leadership.
• Hands-on API test automation using Tosca.
• Healthcare-domain testing experience.
• Strong communication and client-interaction skills in Agile ceremonies.
• Tosca certifications such as Automation Specialist Level 1/2 or Automation Engineer Level 1.
• Experience using Tosca Test Data Management and Test Data Service.
• Experience configuring automation through Tosca Distributed Execution agents.
• Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as Tricentis qTest and Jira.
• Experience leading automation engineers and presenting test execution summaries to client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Build reusable TestStepBlocks and develop maintainable test cases based on requirements.
• Manage test data using Tosca Test Data Management and configure test cases with Tosca Test Data Service.
• Automate regression testing and execute tests via Execution Lists, test events, and Distributed Execution agents.
• Provide Tosca solution architecture guidance, lead the automation team, and communicate results to stakeholders.
