Selerix Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Operations Analyst — Tooling & Systems to own the technology stack powering our Client Success organization. You will configure, troubleshoot, and evolve tools like Monday.com and HubSpot, acting as a strategic partner to the AVP of Operational Excellence.

The role focuses on building workflows, automations, and integrations, ensuring data accuracy and visibility through dashboards and reports. This is a hybrid role supporting Plano, TX and other U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years administering and optimizing project management software in a multi-client environment, preferably Monday.com.
• Experience designing and building workflows and automations, not just configuring out-of-the-box features.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot preferred, Salesforce or equivalent considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the project management tool (Monday.com) across the Client Success organization.
• Design, build, and maintain boards, workflows, automations, and integrations that reflect CS workflows and improve visibility.
• Own enrollment and implementation workflows and evolve the foundation as the business grows.
• Ensure time tracking is accurate across CS and aligns with financial reporting requirements.
• Evaluate and implement automations to reduce manual work and increase capacity.
• Triage and prioritize Monday.com requests with the AVP of Operational Excellence.
• Develop HubSpot proficiency to support the HubSpot–Monday.com integration.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to define and maintain CS business requirements.
• Ensure HubSpot is the source of truth for client data and train the CS team on HubSpot adoption.
• Build dashboards and reports across Monday.com, HubSpot, and Power BI for CS leadership.
• Maintain proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and workflow integration.
• Translate CS workflows into scalable tooling configurations and identify manual workarounds.
