Job summary

Workflow Magic is seeking a Monday.com Consultant / Implementation Manager to guide clients in maximizing their workflows. You will understand client processes, provide expert guidance on monday.com's features, and lead integrations, automations, and live training.

You will deliver training for groups from 2 to 50, create training materials, and support renewals and upsells. You will collaborate with clients in a fast-growing startup while maintaining high satisfaction and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an Implementation Manager role or similar.
• At least 2 years in a startup environment building processes and teams.
• 2+ years hands-on monday.com experience.
• Strong business acumen across HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Engage 15–25 monday.com clients weekly to map workflows.
• Coach clients on basic and advanced monday.com features.
• Deliver live training sessions 2–50 participants.
• Develop integrations and automations to optimize workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system documentation.
• Identify renewal and upsell opportunities with sales teams.
