Job summary

Spiro is seeking a remote North America-based Monday.com Solution Architect to own and evolve our enterprise platform. You will govern and design scalable workflows, data structures, and integrations, guiding a global team to deliver measurable business value and digital transformation.

You will lead governance, center of excellence activities, and cross-functional initiatives, partnering with leaders across regions to ensure adoption and value realization in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Platform Specialist.
• Proven ability to design scalable enterprise workflows and operating models.
• Strong governance and architecture principles with cross-functional transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise monday.com architecture, ensuring scalable and aligned solutions.
• Define platform standards, governance, and design principles.
• Develop the platform roadmap and identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
• Design enterprise workflows enabling cross-region collaboration.
• Provide architectural guidance for complex business requirements.
