Qualifications

• Experience as a Tool and Die Maker with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and modify dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
• Set up and operate machine tools including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform precision measurements with micrometers and calipers.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Calibrate tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize tool design and processes.
