Job summary

Rotork in Houston is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation across the U.S. manufacturing footprint, coordinating transitions from Milwaukee to Rochester while ensuring safety, continuity, and performance.

The role demands 10+ years in manufacturing project management, TOM experience, ERP/MES integration, and strong leadership of IT, HR, Finance, and operations. Travel ~twice per month in a confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing or facility consolidations, site transfers, or large-scale operational transformations.
• Experience with TOM or comparable transformation frameworks.
• Experience with ERP, MES, or related business systems integration.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
• Lean and Agile methodologies experience preferred.
• Power BI and data analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TOM implementation, translating strategy into workstreams, milestones, and ownership.
• Coordinate transition and integration of manufacturing operations across sites, ensuring business continuity.
• Partner with HR for organization change management, role mapping, and training.
• Coordinate IT and systems enablement for ERP/MES, data migration, and digital transformation.
• Drive governance, escalation, and communication with senior leadership and external partners.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external engineering/contractor partners.
• Oversee integrated project plan, budget, dependencies, and master schedule.
