Job summary

Rotork seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation across our U.S. manufacturing footprint, including consolidation and relocation planning from Milwaukee to Rochester, NY.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance, and Quality to deliver a future-ready production network while preserving continuity and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project or program management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience leading manufacturing or facility consolidations, site transfers, or large-scale operational transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of the future-state Target Operating Model (TOM) for manufacturing.
• Oversee the transition and integration of manufacturing operations from Milwaukee to Rochester.
• Partner with HR for organizational change, role mapping, communications, and training.
• Coordinate IT and systems needs, including ERP and manufacturing data migration.
• Drive governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure safety, confidentiality, and scope adherence.
• Develop integrated project plan, budget, and master schedule with finance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
