Job summary

GE Aerospace's Edison Works unit seeks a Product Owner/TPM to advance MOM capabilities and transform manufacturing operations. You will align product direction with stakeholders, balance feature delivery with defects and debt, and drive end-to-end integration across Solumina, SAP, PLM, MES and ERP.

You will lead a cross-site team, establish KPIs, and shape a scalable digital strategy to enable growth in next generation engines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Product Ownership/PM or IT.
• Experience leading cross-site requirements, KPI definition, and delivery.
• Military experience counts as professional experience.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the business needs vs Solumina MOM capabilities as the DT expert.
• Lead requirements gathering and prioritization with stakeholders across sites.
• Drive integration strategy across Solumina, SAP, PLM, MES, ERP systems.
• Establish KPIs and success measures to improve adoption and value.
• Build the product roadmap, plans, and cross-functional delivery alignment.
