Responsibilities

• Acts as the client’s agent delivering PMC services across planning, financing, procurement, risk management, project controls, quality, construction, closeout and operations/maintenance.
• Routinely resolves significant financial-impact issues and assesses risk on behalf of the client.
• Identifies opportunities to expand HNTB’s presence and revenue within the PMC market.
• Builds reputation in the industry and maintains relationships with clients and industry organizations.
