Job summary

HNTB seeks an experienced PMC leader to deliver complex program management services for a major client in California. You will manage strategic planning, procurement, risk, and project controls while guiding staff and subcontractors to successful program outcomes.

The role requires extensive PM experience, a strong client-facing track record, and the ability to align program delivery with stakeholder expectations within a large infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• 15 years of relevant experience in PMC/program management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the client's agent in delivering complex PMC services for key clients in areas such as strategic planning, procurement/contract management, risk management, project controls, construction management, and operations/maintenance.
• Routinely resolves difficult issues of significant financial impact, assessing and managing risk on behalf of the client.
• Identifies opportunities to advance HNTB’s presence and revenue in the PMC space, leveraging the firm’s reputation to pursue opportunities.
• Leads staffing for the delivery of services, providing direction to Project Managers, staff, client staff, and subcontractors.
• Develops an understanding of the full range of HNTB services and firm-wide resources.
