Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, Planning, Business or related field plus 12 years of experience.
Alternatively, 16 years of related experience in lieu of education.
10 years of experience in tolling, toll technology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs toll technology services delivery for projects and programs.
Develops project scope, fee quotations, and supports proposals and contracts.
Liaises with clients to manage scope, schedule, and budgets to client satisfaction.
Leads development and execution of the project management plan and mentors staff.
Supports business development and client relationships for mega and super mega projects.
