iDEAL Semiconductor invites an experienced Senior Fellow Device Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of silicon power diodes, MOSFETs, and IGBTs. You will lead device engineering efforts and collaborate with cross-functional product teams under the CTO.

The role emphasizes high-voltage device physics, process development, IP strategy, and mentoring of technologists, with opportunities to shape next-generation power electronics in a fast-growing company.

Qualifikationen

• Must have extensive leadership, planning, and multi-project coordination experience.
• Strong background in power semiconductor device design and high-voltage (>500V) IGBT tech.
• Experience with device physics, simulation, and process development for power devices.
