Qualifications

- Experience with device physics, simulation, and process development for power devices.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to shape customer and market needs.
- Identify opportunities with revenue/profit potential and develop IP strategies.
- Analyze technology gaps to raise the organization to industry standards.
- Mentor technologists and help build future talent pools.
- Influence leadership and advise on strategic decisions.
- Drive development of Intellectual Property (IP) and participate in IP programs.
