iDEAL Semiconductor is seeking a Director of Process Technology Development in the Lehigh Valley, PA to shape the process roadmap for 60–650 V power devices. You will collaborate across design, reliability, quality, and supply chain, manage external foundries, and protect IP through the IP program.

The role reports to the COO and drives technology development, optimization, and qualification for high-voltage MOSFET and IGBT products, with a focus on performance, cost, and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Solid State Physics with 20+ years of related experience.
• MS Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Solid State Physics with 14+ years of related experience.
• PhD Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Solid State Physics with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience with foundry engineering teams in process development and integration.

Aufgaben

• Translate product requirements into process development priorities and milestones.
• Plan and execute technology development with foundry partners from concept to production.
• Lead development of new process modules optimizing yield and reliability.
• Establish yield improvement programs and monitor process control metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee process documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Build and lead a world-class PTD team.
