Job summary

The LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Senior Manager, Title Operations. This role oversees a large, multi-site team across a multi-state region, driving performance through data and KPIs.

Hybrid work arrangement and a base salary in the stated range are offered, with discretionary bonus eligibility. Based in Westchester, IL, you will lead ~200 employees with 9–10 direct reports, manage cross-functional initiatives, and shape process improvements and system

Qualifications

• Strong background in call center or high-volume operations.
• 2–5 years of related operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience leading managers and supervisors.
• Experience with KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, influence and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead managers and supervisors across multiple locations.
• Oversee approximately 200 employees across the region.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
• Analyze data to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Drive accountability and operational improvements.
• Coach and develop managers and employees.
• Lead workflow and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support training and development across the region.
• Support new processes, systems and automation initiatives.
