Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of curative experience in the title industry.
• National or regional experience preferred.
• Ability to work under general supervision.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and resolve title issues and discrepancies.
• Determine solutions for clearing title issues.
• Communicate with lienholders or attorneys regarding property liens.
• Provide estimated title curative resolution dates to the client.
• Prioritize daily work to ensure client SLAs are met.
