Job summary

Your strong public speaking skills will allow you to prepare and present educational seminars. This role requires adaptability and strong customer service skills, with flexibility for remote work and occasional travel
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Real Estate Law and Underwriting in Texas.
- At least 5 years of experience in title insurance, preferably in Texas.
- Familiarity with Texas title insurance rules and strong legal research skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with title examiners and agents to determine title conditions.
- Analyze recorded documents to determine ownership and title effects.
- Explain chain of title and exceptions to customers and managers.
- Recognize title defects and formulate solutions.
- Assess risks and liabilities affecting the company.
