Job summary

Edina Realty Home Services is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor in our Maple Grove, MN closing center.

The role supports the closing team on buyers’ and sellers’ day, preparing closing files for review and signature at the closing table, and collaborating with lenders, agents, and production staff in an in‑office setting. Responsibilities include preparing and balancing closing disclosures, ensuring procedures are followed, monitoring transactions for completeness and compliance, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
• Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently, handle deadline pressures and work as a member in a team‑environment.
• Effective interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self‑motivated, organized, with a customer service focus.
• Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills. Must possess a strong aptitude for figures.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and balance the closing disclosure, settlement statements and documentation necessary for closing the transaction.
• Ensure that professional and proper procedures are followed in the closing of real estate and mortgage transactions, including escrow funds accounting, reviewing lender packages, recording packages, and corrections as needed.
• Monitor the upcoming transaction for completeness and compliance; verify payoff, abstracts, title evidence, reports, mortgage documents and other pertinent information.
• Ensure that title issues are resolved prior to closing.
