Job summary

Edina Realty Title in Monticello, MN seeks a Sr. Title Closing Processor to join the closing team on the buyers’ and sellers’ big day.

You will prepare closing disclosures and balance settlement statements for closing at the table, working with closers, lenders, production staff and agents in an in-office setting. The role requires 2–5 years of real estate/title experience, strong communication, detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years real estate, mortgage, or title experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, teamwork and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and balance the closing disclosure, settlement statements and documentation necessary for closing the transaction.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed in the closing of real estate and mortgage transactions, including escrow funds, lender packages, recording packages, and corrections as needed.
• Monitor upcoming transactions for completeness and compliance, ordering payoff, abstract, title evidence, reports, mortgage documents and other information as required.
• Ensure that title issues are resolved prior to closing.
