Edina Realty Title in Monticello, MN is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor to support our buyers and sellers on their big day.

This in-office role works Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, as part of the closing team alongside closers, lenders, and agents. You will prepare closing disclosures and settlement statements, balance documents, and ensure all procedures are followed, title issues resolved before closing, and transactions monitored for completeness.

Formación

• Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and balance the closing disclosure, settlement statements and documentation necessary for closing the transaction.
• Ensure that professional and proper procedures are followed in the closing of real estate and mortgage transactions, including escrow funds, lender packages, recording packages, and corrections.
• Monitor the upcoming transaction for completeness and compliance and ensure all information is ordered and accurate (payoff, abstract, title evidence, reports, mortgage docs, etc.).
• Ensure that title issues are resolved prior to closing.
