Job summary

Edina Realty Title in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor to join our Maple Grove closing center. You will prepare closing files for review and signing at the closing table, working closely with lenders, closers, production staff and agents as a key team member.

This in-office role runs Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with responsibilities to review and balance disclosures, settlements, escrow funds, and title evidence to ensure accurate, compliant closings.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and balance the closing disclosure, settlement statements and documentation necessary for closing the transaction.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed in the closing of real estate and mortgage transactions, including escrow funds, reviewing lender packages, recording packages, and corrections.
• Monitor upcoming transactions for completeness and compliance, ensuring information is ordered and accurate (payoff, abstract, title evidence, reports, mortgage documents).
• Ensure that title issues are resolved prior to closing.
