Edina Realty Title is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor in our Monticello, MN closing center. This in‑office role supports closers, lenders, and agents to ensure a smooth closing day for buyers and sellers.

You will prepare closing disclosures, balance statements, and verify necessary documents. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized with a customer service focus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong numerical aptitude.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and balance the closing disclosures, settlement statements, and documentation for closing.
• Ensure procedures are followed in real estate and mortgage closing processes, including escrow accounting and reviewing lender packages.
• Monitor transactions for completeness and accuracy, order necessary items (payoff, abstracts, title evidence, reports), and ensure compliance.
• Resolve title issues prior to closing.
