Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of title or real estate experience. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
• Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to handle deadlines and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and balance closing disclosures, settlement statements and docs for closing.
• Ensure procedures are followed in real estate/mortgage closings, including escrow funds and lender packages.
• Monitor transactions for completeness and compliance, coordinating payoff, title evidence and related docs.
• Resolve title issues prior to closing.
