The role requires strong knowledge of title research methods and the ability to work independently, with MS Office proficiency and travel as needed. Key qualifications include experience researching land ownership, metes and bounds knowledge, and the ability to interpret land descriptions and terminology.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Experience researching land ownership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Knowledge of land description and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, and related documents.
• Assist in development of a construction line from restrictions.
• Maintain a detailed diary and weekly activity report.
• Maintain a detailed log of all payments.
• Negotiate Damage Settlements as required.
• Support all construction activities as required.
• Document all ROW activities as required.
• Adhere to project Safety Plan.
