Job summary

Cadence Design Systems, Inc. in San Jose seeks a senior timing analysis expert to own and execute static timing, glitch and noise analyses using Tempus Signoff.

You will lead timing campaigns and work closely with R&D and customers to enable TIMING & ECO flows, including newer technologies. With 8+ years in STA, you will automate flows with scripting and contribute to Place & Route concepts, RC extraction and UPF/CPF.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Static timing analysis and related timing fields.
• Ability to lead and execute technical campaigns at multiple customers.
• Collaborate with Cadence R&D to enable tool features and fix defects.
• Experience with timing/ECO flows, Place & Route, extraction, spice.

Responsibilities

• Perform Static timing analysis, glitch and noise analysis using Tempus Signoff.
• Lead timing signoff campaigns for existing and new customers.
• Work on SDC constraints, derates, PBA timing and TO flows.
• Automate flows using Perl, Tcl, Python.
• Deliver trainings and seminars at Cadence and customer sites.
