Job summary

ADP is seeking a Time Project Services- Sr. Implementation Consultant to help clients implement Time services and optimize ADP/HCM solutions. You will combine analytics and project management to simplify complex requirements and guide clients through successful implementations.

You will leverage training programs and service guidelines to deliver exceptional project experiences, partnering with clients to understand needs and drive value in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of support or configuration experience with ADP eTime/Workforce Manager or Workforce Software/Suite, or UKG equivalents.
• Strong client relationship skills, with ability to influence and guide the client to the best solution.
• Identify project risks and proactively mitigate with the team.
• Demonstrates learning agility, critical thinking, and applies best practices in new implementations.
• College degree is valued but not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and build long-term trust.
• Collaborate with client project teams, sales, and client service to align on solutions.
• Recommend and implement appropriate ADP/HCM solutions based on client needs.
• Drive process improvement and innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.
