Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Implementation Consultant in Time Project Services to lead successful implementations of Time modules for existing clients.

Apply your analytic, project management, and business consulting skills to simplify complex information, ensuring clients gain full value from our Time services. You will partner with clients, collaborate across teams, and promote best practices in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience with support or configuration for ADP eTime/Workforce Manager or Workforce Software/Suite, or UKG Workforce Central/Pro/Dimensions.
• Strong client relationship skills with ability to influence and guide the client to solutions.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks; proactive with the team.
• Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking; apply best practices in new implementations.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and build trust.
• Collaborate across work streams to implement time-related modules and features.
• Recommend and implement appropriate ADP solutions based on client needs.
• Drive process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance the client experience.
