Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant - HR to guide clients through successful product and service implementations. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into effective HR solutions while leveraging ADP’s training and service guidelines.

You’ll manage relationships, analyze systems and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver onboarding experiences that maximize client satisfaction and value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to influence and guide client to best solution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with the team.
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a True Partner with clients to understand business needs and build trust.
• Collaborate with client project team, sales, and client service.
• Recommend and implement appropriate solutions based on client needs and ADP offerings.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and drive client experience innovations.
