Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant - HR. You will partner with clients to understand their business, analyze systems and processes, and implement ADP HR solutions with excellence.

You will collaborate with project teams, sales, and client service to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of products and services. Requirements include 5+ years in implementation or consulting and 2+ years in HR, with strong client relationships, risk management, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• You leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to the best solution.
• You recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate.
• You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply best practice concepts.
• You have excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• College degree is helpful but not required; veterans experience welcomed.
