Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with DoD/PKI experience required.
• 7+ years in enterprise endpoint computing or classified networks.
• ITIL v4 Foundations and Security+ certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, and connectivity incidents across networks.
• Provide 24x7x365 deskside support at PFPA Pentagon operations and related sites.
• Analyze cyber vulnerability scans and coordinate remediation with Cyber Security teams.
• Lead workstation imaging and deployment per STIG and security standards.
• Process DoD PKI token requests and manage MFA token programs.
