Job summary

Symposit LLC is seeking a Tier II Deskside Technician to install, configure, upgrade and repair desktop/laptop systems, peripherals and mobile devices. The role covers on-site support across College Park, Silver Spring and Rockville, MD, Monday–Friday, with 6:00 am–6:00 pm shifts and on-call after hours.

Qualified candidates will have 1 year of Tier 1/2 experience and two years of college-level coursework in computer science, plus the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and strong customer

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 1 year of Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience PLUS completion of two years of college level or vocational coursework in computer science or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Deskside Support at multiple locations in College Park, MD, Silver Spring, MD and Rockville, MD.
• Perform incident resolution, troubleshooting, remote support and ticket closeout following SOPs.
• Support Government owned off-site computers and assist with COOP exercises and events.
