Job summary

Empower AI in Arlington, VA is seeking a Tier II Deskside Technician (Mid-level) to provide expert end-user support and systems analysis under a DoD contract. You will diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity incidents across classified networks, design imaging configurations, and act as a DoD PKI Trusted Agent for SIPRNet token issuance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity incidents across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and higher networks.
• Design and modify workstation imaging configurations based on user specs.
• Serve as DoD PKI Trusted Agent for SIPRNet token issuance and authentication decisions.
• Remediate cyber vulnerabilities and coordinate with Cyber Security teams.
• Document technical decisions and remediation steps in ServiceNow.
