On Location, a leader in premium experiential hospitality, seeks an experienced Ticketing Specialist in Los Angeles. You will provide top-tier ticketing support for premium clients across pre-Games, seat assignment, delivery, and on-site phases, ensuring accurate inventory and timely communications.

The role requires 5+ years of Olympic-ticketing experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Olympic-level ticketing experience with official hospitality providers.
• 5+ years experience with event ticketing systems and databases.
• Advanced Excel skills; Proficiency with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first in class ticketing support to premium clients during pre-Games, seat assignment, delivery and on-site phases.
• Allocate hospitality inventory to support sales proposals and observe latest sales rules.
• Collaborate with Ticketing, Business Development, Product, Commercial Strategy and Sales teams to maximise revenue.
• Assist in specifying internal ticket systems for allocation and tracking of tickets.
