Oak View Group (OVG) in Kingston, RI, seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive URI Athletics ticket sales, including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and premium seating for Ryan Center events. This role manages CRM records, develops campaigns, and leads part-time staff to maximize revenue and fan satisfaction.

You will collaborate with internal departments to support sales initiatives, meet revenue goals, and assist in game-day operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of successful sales, ticket sales, fundraising, or business development experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Paciolan and/or Ticketmaster).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Generate ticket revenue through sale of full-season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, premium seating, and hospitality packages.
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
• Develop new business opportunities via outbound calls, appointments, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Execute renewal campaigns and identify opportunities to increase retention and account growth.
• Sell premium hospitality products (suites, club seating) for athletic and select events.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with members, donors, and partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Plan and execute annual sales campaigns; prepare proposals and materials.
• Supervise part-time account executives and interns; onboard and coach staff.
• Support game day operations and coordinate with departments to enhance fan experience.
