Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for high-end Class A commercial office tenant improvements and renovations in Santa Ana, CA. The role will oversee demolition through final turnover, coordinating occupied-building work and coordinating with PMs to maintain schedules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with high-end interior finishes, MEP coordination, and working in occupied spaces, ensuring safety and quality at all times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Strong commercial office tenant improvement and renovation experience required.
• Class A office interiors and high-rise construction environments strongly preferred.
• Experience managing high-end interior build-outs from demolition through final turnover.
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, MEP coordination, and site logistics.
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for Class A office TI and renovation projects.
• Coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules to meet milestones.
• Coordinate construction activities with the overall project master schedule.
• Manage occupied-building projects with minimal tenant disruption.
• Oversee coordination meetings, safety talks, and field planning.
• Ensure high-end finishes and workmanship meet project expectations.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation.
