Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in commercial construction.
• Extensive experience in Class A interiors and high-rise projects.
• Proven ability to manage preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Experience with subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contracts.
• Ability to read architectural/MEP drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Class A tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance.
• Coordinate multi-floor, phased renovations in occupied buildings.
• Review drawings and identify constructability risks.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure schedule, quality, safety, and field production alignment.
• Close out documentation, warranties, and turnover.
