Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead Class A commercial office tenant improvements in Los Angeles and Orange County. You will own day-to-day field operations, coordinate subs, manage schedules, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality interiors.

The ideal candidate has heavy experience in high-rise interiors, detailed finishes, and active client environments, working with PMs, clients, architects, and building management to complete projects safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial TI/interior construction.
• Strong experience with Class A office tenant improvements.
• High-rise office interior experience preferred.
• Ability to read architectural/engineering plans and finish schedules.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from start to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
• Review plans and submittals to ensure proper installation.
• Develop and communicate detailed project schedules.
• Lead coordination meetings with subs and foremen.
• Maintain daily reports on manpower, deliveries, and site activity.
• Work with PMs on RFIs, changes, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, building managers, and architects.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage.
