Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale commercial interior tenant improvements in Menlo Park, CA. You will work with the PM team, subcontractors, clients, architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements include 5+ years in superintendent roles on interior TI projects, experience with $5M-$50M scopes, OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid, and proficiency with MS Project and MS

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Superintendent on commercial interior TI projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $5M–$50M range.
• OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for interior TI projects.
• Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, clients, architects and engineers.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence and quality standards.
