Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Los Angeles is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for Class A commercial office tenant improvements and renovations. You will manage projects from demolition through turnover, ensuring quality and safety in high-end interiors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong ability to coordinate multiple subs, read drawings, and maintain strict schedules in occupied buildings and high-rise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong experience with Class A office interiors and high-rise environments.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors in tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for Class A tenant improvement and renovation projects.
• Coordinate all subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and field personnel.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and coordinate with master project timeline.
• Manage projects in occupied buildings with minimal tenant disruption.
• Oversee field safety, quality, and site logistics; maintain documentation.
