Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Class A office tenant improvement projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management, ensuring high-end finishes and strict adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
Experience with Class A interiors and high-rise renovations.
Proven ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders and contracts.

Responsibilities

Manage Class A office tenant improvement and renovation projects from preconstruction through turnover.
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, documentation, and financial performance.
Coordinate multi-floor, phased, and occupied-building renovations.
Develop budgets, cost forecasts, buyout strategies, procurement schedules and execution plans.
Lead subcontractor bidding, scope reviews, negotiations, buyout, and contract administration.
Review drawings and specs; identify constructability and design conflicts.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Monitor costs, commitments, billings, forecasts, contingencies, and change order exposure.
Coordinate with Superintendent on schedule, quality, safety, and field execution.
Lead meetings with owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
