Job summary

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks a Senior Cyber Security Analyst focusing on Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) in Jacksonville, FL. You will drive proactive hunts across endpoints, network, identity, and cloud telemetry to uncover stealthy adversary activity and reduce dwell time.

You will independently execute complex investigations with EDR and SIEM platforms, correlate multi-source evidence, and support containment and remediation for incidents including malware and credential compromise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in information security, including threat hunting, incident response, and cyber threat intelligence.
• Experience with EDR platforms (CrowdStrike Falcon) and SIEMs (Splunk, Azure Sentinel, QRadar).
• Experience analyzing malicious infrastructure, domains, and threat intel to inform detections.
• Automation experience using Python, PowerShell, and Bash for data analysis and enrichment.
• Ability to map activity to MITRE ATT&CK and apply IOCs/TPPs in detections.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive threat hunting across endpoints, network, identity, and cloud telemetry.
• Investigate malware, credential compromise, and unauthorized access; scope, contain, and remediate incidents.
• Develop, tune, and investigate detections using SIEMs and EDR; document hunt outcomes clearly.
• Mentor team members and integrate hunts into durable detections and response playbooks.
