Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC is seeking a senior Cyber Threat Intelligence professional to translate evolving threat landscapes into actionable intelligence for proactive risk management.

You will lead the CTI function, guide analysts, and collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, and Vulnerability teams to prioritize threats and drive defensive actions in a hybrid Jacksonville, FL setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience including 4+ years in Cyber Threat Intelligence.
• Experience leading or maturing a Cyber Threat Intelligence program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and exec audiences.
• Strong understanding of threat actors, malware, vulnerabilities and TTPs.
• Experience using threat intelligence platforms to investigate threats and support operations.
• Experience producing intelligence assessments and translating findings into actions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for CTI, set priorities, mentor analysts, review intel products.
• Advance CTI program maturity: requirements, collection, tooling, workflows, reporting.
• Lead research on threat actors, campaigns, and vulnerabilities relevant to financial services.
• Manage intelligence collection across commercial/open sources and telemetry.
• Produce actionable intel for technical and executive audiences with clear relevance and risk.
• Collaborate with SOC, IR, VMS, and other teams to translate intel into actions.
