FIS seeks an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence lead to drive the CTI program, set priorities, and mentor analysts in a hybrid Jacksonville role. You will analyze threat actors, campaigns, and vulnerabilities and translate findings into actionable guidance for security teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cybersecurity with 4+ years in CTI, strong communication skills, and a background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 4+ years in Cyber Threat Intelligence.
• Experience leading or maturing a Cyber Threat Intelligence program or function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex threats to technical and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of threat actors, malware, attack techniques, and vulnerabilities.
• Experience using threat intelligence platforms and security tooling (SIEM, EDR).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, intelligence studies, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Bonus if you have experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Certifications such as GCTI, GCIH, CISSP, CISM or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and operational leadership for the CTI function, setting priorities and mentoring analysts.
• Drive the maturity of the CTI program, including PIRs, collection, analysis, tooling, workflows, and reporting.
• Lead research and analysis of threat actors, campaigns, emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and TTPs using MITRE ATT&CK and analytic techniques.
• Manage and optimize intelligence collection across commercial platforms, open-source intelligence, information-sharing communities, and internal telemetry.
• Produce and review actionable intelligence for technical and executive audiences with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management to turn intelligence into actions.
